So just to recap where I am at now and what happened:

I try to call Time Warner to get rid of unused services to drop my monthly bill.

End up keeping exact same level of service and I now owe them $3.28 MORE per month and seemingly have no recourse, after a mistake on their end. In addition to losing a solid four hours of my personal time on the phone (on hold) with (mostly friendly) Time Warner reps.
Oh. And There aren’t any viable alternatives for me where I live.
