А вот сама редакционная статья. Я приведу ее существенную часть.

On Jan. 5, two runoff races in Georgia will determine which party will control the Senate — whether Joe Biden will have a rubber stamp or a much-needed check on his agenda.

Unfortunately, you’re obsessed with the next day, Jan. 6, when Congress will, in a pro forma action, certify the Electoral College vote. You have tweeted that, as long as Republicans have “courage,” they can overturn the results and give you four more years in office.

In other words, you’re cheering for an undemocratic coup.

You had every right to investigate the election. But let’s be clear: Those efforts have found nothing. To take just two examples: Your campaign paid $3 million for a recount in two Wisconsin counties, and you lost by 87 more votes. Georgia did two recounts of the state, each time affirming Biden’s win. These ballots were counted by hand, which alone debunks the claims of a Venezuelan vote-manipulating Kraken conspiracy.

Sidney Powell is a crazy person. Michael Flynn suggesting martial law is tantamount to treason. It is shameful.

We understand, Mr. President, that you’re angry that you lost. But to continue down this road is ruinous. We offer this as a newspaper that endorsed you, that supported you: If you want to cement your influence, even set the stage for a future return, you must channel your fury into something more productive.

Stop thinking about Jan. 6. Start thinking about Jan. 5.
Как я говорил уже несколько раз, Пауэлл и Флинн -- натуральные ненормальные. Это не диагноз, я не предполагаю, что они больны психически. Они ненормальные в том же смысле, в котором, я надеюсь, большинство назовет ненормальным Алекса Джоунса и других подобных ему персонажей.

Но дело в том, что сам Трамп такой же ненормальный. И он не стал им, проиграв выборы, он такой, как минимум, с момента начала своей избирательной кампании 2016 года.

И в этом проблема с подобными призывами от трампистов. Им приходится, искренне или нет, делать вид, что сам Трамп не такой, он не как Пауэлл, не как Флинн. Но поскольку это фундаментально неверно, получается несколько странно.

Я приведу еще, пожалуй, более показательный пример -- Херальдо (думаю, что в первый раз написал правильно его имя) Ривера. (via ign) Зайдите в его Твиттер, почитайте.

Sidney Powell is a pathetic lawyer indeed, he got that right. Но не Сидни Пауэлл ответственна за трамповскую pathetic legacy, это все сам Трамп.

Или вот о самом Трампе:

Даже если не обращать внимание на стандартную ссылку на "Russia Hoax", а рассмотреть только последнее выделенною мною предложение... И это предложение только частично правда. Трамп не после выборов стал вести себя так, как он себя ведет сейчас, он все время так себя вел, но Ривера закрывал на это глаза.

Или вот видео. Ривера говорит про "lunatic fringe". Но послушайте какие примеры он приводит -- лидер республиканцев в Техасе, лидер республиканцев в Аризоне.

Это не fringe, это республиканская партия!
